That's right... Grant and I are having a baby. The newest Bennett is scheduled to make its appearance to the world on November 8th... just in time for Grant's national fishing tournament. We are keeping our fingers crossed that his tournament will be scheduled for late October so he can make it.
We went to the doctor today for my first appointment and got to hear the heartbeat and see the baby. It looks like a Moldy Butterbean - Kidney shaped and fuzzy. It looks just like its daddy! ha!
I'm almost 8 weeks today, so we still have about 4 weeks left in the scary first trimester. Keep your fingers crossed and keep us in your prayers.
I'll post some pictures of the sonogram tomorrow when I get back to work. Our scanner at home isn't working and I took the rest of the day off.
